POSTAGE AND DELIVERY
Delivery is just £5.95 per order to UK Mainland only. Please see postage rates (upon checkout) for Scottish Highlands and offshore deliveries. It takes 2-5 working days following receipt of your order. If you would like to order but require an item (s) urgently, please contact us before ordering to confirm timescales of delivery.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery is not guaranteed and Grasshopper Leisure shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
Grasshopper Leisure will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes, BFPO or shipping agent addresses. Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; unfortunately we are unable to confirm a time.
When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.
DAMAGE, SHORTAGES & OMISSIONS
All Mail Order parcels must be checked for damages before signing for them. If Damage occurs please mark ‘DAMAGED’ on the carriers consignment note before accepting the goods.
All damage, shortages or omissions must be reported to us within 3 working days.
Failure to do this voids insurance claims against the carriers and we (Rainbow conversions ltd) will not be held responsible for damage to goods whilst in transit.
If you decide you want to return your purchase you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods to let us know you intend to return them. We will provide you with the return address. You will be expected to repackage the goods for posting and we suggest that you obtain proof of postage when sending them. You then have another 14 days to return the goods to us from the date that you informed us of your intention to return. The goods you return must be the original goods you received from us, be unused, unopened and in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Once received, a return that meets the above criteria will be refunded within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Please note that the refund will be the full price you paid for the item and will not include the delivery charge paid for postage and packing.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
You have the right to cancel your order prior to shipping with no incurred cost and full credit to your account if monies have already been taken. To cancel an order, contact us via telephone on 01945 585931 or e-mail us on firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your orders.
Grasshopper Leisure shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
