You can order online at your convenience through this website. Browse through the website by category or use the search facility at the top left of the page to find what you are looking for. Simply add your desired product(s) to the basket by clicking on the green 'BUY' button. The shopping basket is always visible at the upper right side of the webpage. To view the contents of your basket at any time click on the 'View/Edit' button and when you are finished shopping click on the 'Checkout' button to begin the checkout process. Once you clicked on the checkout button you are given the option of logging in (if you are a returning customer), OR you can register to continue your order OR you can use the 'Fast Checkout' option without registering or logging in.

Should you wish to clarify any points about a product before purchase simply call us at 01945 585931 where we will happily take your order over the phone. Please have all your details ready including the name and item number of the products you wish to order as well as your address and payment details.

We run from premises based at Unit 1, Algores Way, Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, PE13 2TQ in East Anglia, UK. We are open to the public and have a small showroom displaying a range of products. The showroom operates as a small shop so we are able to take and fulfill orders.

CHECKOUT & PAYMENT

Once you have selected your desired products you need to go to Checkout. There you will be presented with three checkout options.

1. RETURNING CUSTOMER: Returning & registered customers have the option of logging in
2. NEW CUSTOMER: As a new customer you have the option of registering with the site and checking out
3. FAST CHECKOUT: For any customers who simply wish to checkout their orders and pay for their items. A quick and simple checkout process with no registration

Once you have filled in your details and confirmed the order you will be taken to the secure payment page. We use the Sagepay payment gateway to process our transactions safely and securely and most major debit and credit cards are accepted.

PAYPAL - we also accept payments by Paypal simply select the Paypal logo on the payment page. The Paypal logo is located to the far right of the debit and credit card icons. You will then be redirected to the Paypal login screen where you can login using your account details and continue to complete the payment and order.

Once payment has completed with SagePay or Paypal you will be redirected back to grasshopper.co.uk to confirm that your order has been received and you will have been assigned an order number. Should you wish - you have the option of printing an order confirmation sheet with the relevant details. During your order processing you will be kept up to date with your orders process via email.
